Just thought about this:
We currently do not list all our members.
Why not add Bravo Company members to our web page?
We could have a link for Charlie and a link for Delta (or all on one if the text fits). We get them to do a little write up just like the others and they feel more part of dMw?

I'd just put all members in a list, no Bravo or Charlie, it seems a little like segragation. It's easy enough to find out about a player alphabeticaly.
