Why not build in the base itself? Looks pretty sound to me. If it was empty I would have done so.
In other news I got my Minibike book finally (yay). It was in a crate along with a blue graded sniper rifle so happy days.

and I can't get enough.
I've built Happy Cabin on a little island in a lake. I'm not sure but I don't see zombies swimming about much. The odd one has followed me home but that's all. I'm hoping the same can be said for the 7 day horde and they'll keep on hosing your houses and leave mine alone :D
