The number of improvements are too many to list, so I'll simply direct you to the patch notes, which can be found here: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link//15653-Star-Citizen-Alpha-260

The main highlight for this patch though, is Star Marine - yes, it's finally here!

And for anyone wondering, my fps in Crusader has gone up from like 9fps to 45 -50 fps in this patch, so yeah. That's without a custome User.cfg!
Get on and enjoy!
I decided to try it on my laptop, GTX 780m with 4GB of VRAM. DX11 compatible etc. it should actually hit low to mid spec for the current 2.6 build. Unplayable even in the hangar, well stationary, fine, moving, eye strain, on low settings at 1920x1080.
I'm happy with Osiris :D about to go off planet for the first time.
Me and Sulky had a runaround on SM last night and it was flawless. Our pings were both in the 120+ range (US servers?) but frame-rates, for me at least, were spot on.
I'm running it on an MSI GT60 2PE which has an GTX 880M with 8GB of DDR5.
yep had no issues last night, had to turn of motion blur though, was way too much. nice and smooth on high settings with 4770k, 970 and 16g ram
I've played a few rounds of Star Marin yesterday and apart from my own ineptitude I had no crashes, or stuttering.
Hope will have the opportunity to catch you folks online some time over the holiday season.
