I don't really like the FPP servers. What are your thoughts?
I had a few rounds last night, I didn't mind them too much, only thing for me is it makes the game seem much more like every other shooter out there.
I've played a few rounds, I prefer it if I'm honest. Mainly due to the fact that in 3rd person you are able to see angles that you wouldn't normally be able to but that's stating the obvious.
I find it easier to target as you don't have to adjust as much when scoping as you do when in 3rd person, it makes for a more accurate gun fight. I'm glad they have added it as it gives you that choice. Does anyone know if the FP view has its own leader board? I've not had chance to check.
I noticed one advantage for targeting in 3rd person mode. If you go into 1st person, someone shooting you can only see as much of you as you can see of them. So being fully behind cover is easier plus you can look in 3rd to get their location safely. In FPS only, finding a hidden attacker is pretty tricky. Nonetheless I enjoy FPS more but I'm enjoying 3rdP more as I tend to just go into FP mode and get more kills. I won't limit myself to one style, it's the team play that matters more. One pro-tip, hopping around the freight crates is far easier in FP.

They have released FPS squads today apparently.....

Mixed feelings if i say so myself....... very difficult to adapt to that play style especially for PUBG.
I played some more this evening and i still don't like it, I think its really good until the end when everyone is lied in the grass in the last circle :(
