Hi folks, just a quick post, this weekend some family, friends and myself are climbing Ben Nevis in aid of Marie Curie.

Well, that's us back down safely, as mountains go and being highest in Britain there is a fairly well set out path, but God does it get hard in places.

1,345m high...total time of 4hrs up 3 hrs down Ben Nevis...completed it[emoji106]
