Yes, it is down.
Sorry, there's nothing we can do until either Whitey or Oldie are available to give them a kick.
Try not to get too jittery in the meantime :D

I've powered the ESX host off/on and TS is back.  I'm limited by how much I can do from work but will check things out when I get home.
