So I had five minutes at work today and we did the Surstromming  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surstr%C3%B6mming)challenge.

Truly, you should do this at a LAN.

This is the best video on it, I can confirm 2 out of 7 of us tried it whilst the rest laughed and videod. I had 3 mouthfuls and am still retching.

We had one of the Swedish team bring a tin of that over for the Christmas party one time. It lay in the office for about 4 years, nobody had the courage to open it.
