Title: A few links in the downloadspage don't seem to wor

Good afternoon all. I was trying to get CS 1.6 from the downloadspage but a few links don't seem to work. My oldest brother wants to try out CS now aswell so watch out!!!!


BTW, I'm searching for a good downloading link any1 got 1?

I will check it. I guess it is the huge 370 MB file you mean.

Correct, I tryed downloading it but it didn't work. I'm now waiting in line for the download and it still needs to long. So if you'd take a look then I'd be abliagt (probably not spelled right).

My bro has downloaded it now but now needs HalfLife. Is it possible that  give him my cd key or am I not able to play then?

If you give him your cd key then you also need to give him your email adress.

So that can't do. Then he plays on your account and you can't play.

So he need his own Half-life version to play cs 1.6

BTW, the one for Rizzuhs little helper didn't work aswell.

When i installed steam it didnt ask for my hl key of anything are you sure you need it?

I had an issue with Rizzuh, make sure yoiu install to your steam dir of CS>

So his account automaticly uses his HL CD-key every time, good to know.

if you make an account with a good working email.

then you can play on every pc with steam on your account without having half-life and cs 1.5 installed on that pc.

The only thing you have to do is install steam log in and then it's k. But you need an account so your brother only needs to make an account.
