I refer you all to this:

I really think such actions are very immature and even though I politely asked whoever is doing this to stop it, they continue.
I'd like to see a ban for the offending person if they do not come clean and apologise like my forums post asks.
Cheers,
Bert
If we have no idea who it is and if they don't come clean how can you ban them?
Personally, and no offence, I think it's a slight over-reaction but if it's upsetting you then you have a legitimate cause for grievance.
Let's see what transpires and if someone comes forward.
Well to be honest, it's like people taking other players in game items and not replacing them or telling them. I think it's just not something that needs to happen in any game and clearly the culprit knows it is causing annoyance and still continues to do their deeds.
So I disagree with over-reaction. Over reacting would be retaliation in this case. I have no inclination to retaliate as it's not the end of the world but it's simple immature gaming from one of a dozen people I know should know better. The fact that no unknowns are really playing this game with us, no pubbys makes it worse.
Step 1: Activation of the Admin-Console.
I suggest reading this article on how to open the admin console: “http://www.conan-exiles.org/en/cheats-for-conan-exiles/â€
Step 2: Open the Admin-Console by pressing CTRL+Shift+C
Step 3: Select the Tab “Player List†on the top middle.
This will return a list of all players on the server
Step 4: Select BAN on the player you want to get removed from the server
You misunderstood my post a little. I know *how* to ban someone. I was saying that if you don't know who it is and it they don't come forward then you can't ban them.
I suspect it was done as a joke and will stop now. I'd be disappointed if it didn't.
I don't disagree messing with other people's stuff is wrong. Personally I don't think I've ever taken someone out of someone else's chest or messed with anything anyone else has made but that's the way I roll.
I don't think anyone should take anything from anyone regardless without FIRST asking permission. Telling people after the fact doesn't actually make it any better imo.
Agree that taking others' property in these games, without prior permission, is not acceptable. Also agree that it's a real shame this didn't stop the first time you brought it up.
If there are no detailed logs that show 'player X opened player Y's chest and took item Z' (as an example) then yes, it becomes very difficult to track down the culprit and thus know who has been naughty. That's the problem.
Honestly I'm not sure what the solution is, but of course I don't know the game like you guys do... I hope that your post stops the problem, as Pen said.
I understand, I'll drop this now.
I'd also add that there's no guarantee that every Conan player has read the forum posts regarding this issue.
