recently i've been getting sound breaking up, when watching a video on 1 screen while a game loads on the other, only noticed it since i got my new monitor tho?

Check that the output of your sound isnt set to hdmi

It’s only for a few seconds when I game is loading but it is odd,not a real problem but something I’ll keep an eye on.

Sorted now my power settings were turning off my hdd so caused lag
