Just a bit of feedback from the Tuesday update from Microsoft.
After booting today, which was the first boot after the MS Update of KB4507469 rolled out on 10/07/2019, my Windows OS had a weird issue.
As the startup programs were loading onto the task bar, the startup load got to GeForce Expereince and then what seemed to be Windows Explorer crashing very rapidly happened.
After this, I couldn't open any apps or File Explorer.
After a bit of digging I rolled back KB4507469 and it fixed the problem.
Just be aware if you get this happening, this is the cause and the fix.
MS have been on a roll of causing problems with updates recently, it seems.
Strongly advise regular backups, particularly before updating.
Thanks for posting Albert, I hope you didn't lose anything.

Totally right Ben, but for me it was just a case of discovering the cause because it wasn't so well documented due to many people already bing on 1903. I was on the 2018 update and I think that was the issue.
i also think it is well worth turning on the ransomware protection and the memory protection now on Windows 10, as both are more common attack vectors and will only become more common.
I knew I had no malware on Tuesday because I scan every boot and before every shutdown. That helps eliminate anything but a zero day attack which don't tend to hit consumers bu I trust nothing these days.
Yeah, and in most cases you wouldn't expect Windows updates to be the cause of the problem! Only because we are quite tech savvy do we figure it out quickly.. must be a nightmare for the average consumer.
