Or mice, take you pick....
Just being nosey, but do you use wired or wireless? Thinking of getting a programmable mouse rather than the plain 2 button one have now. I've always used wired myself, though I can see the lack of cable could be a benefit
Wired for me, it only sits on my desk & don't go anywhere so wireless seems a bit pointless.
Shout out to Rocket Jump Ninja, does a lot of good reviews & has a lot of good advice on buying mice - http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/
Wired for me always
I used to be a wired advocate, but every now and then the mess on my desk gets in the way of the wire and it becomes annoying. At home I moved over to a wireless Logitech G602 in November 2017 and haven't looked back. No input lag, just a real nice mouse. Battery changes are perhaps every 6 months or longer. At my office I moved over to wireless too and use a rechargeable mouse there which I need to plug in for 30 minutes or so every 6-9 months or so.
These days I'd recommend wireless if nothing else than for the sheer convenience. I'm not sure they have any of the disadvantages of the first generation wireless mice from 20 years or so ago.
Func MS-3-R2 at home, mainly due to the comfort of the mouse. Sadly its no longer in production.
Logitech Master 2S at the office.
When the func one day dies, im probably gonna go for a Master or similar.
wireless and i wont go back now. Went from the G403 to the G703 exactly the same mouse, one is wired one is not. Logitech's wireless flawless.

Went for a Logitech 402 in the end, £25 on Amazon
Using a Logitech G502 which is wired - about £60
Saying that, they recently brought out a fairly expensive wireless variant called LIGHTSPEED for £129. Unsure if I want it or not - the hassle of a wire doesn't bother me as much as it used to now I have my own study rather than gaming in the lounge.
