Well looking at Bournemouth yesterday, I wouldn't be surprised if we're back in lockdown by October! Covid is one of those things where even if the general public have seemingly stopped believing in it, it hasn't stopped believing in them. I'm just hoping the second peak isn't as bad as the first. :g:
To actually answer the question, we will aim to start the ball rolling in August, if all looks well and good.
If booking is going to open, there will be prior warning do no one has any excuse for missing out! Keep your eyes on discord and the forums. :D
I have my flight booked, just because the Spring LAN Easyjet booking had to move somewhere and October seemed the logical choice. Make sure your idiotic population behave for a few month months please!

8-10th Oct 2021 are the official timings
(Thursday the 7th if you're hardcore).
I still have Easyjet vouchers from the 2020 Spring LAN.

Let's hope the 3rd peak is pretty much done. Most EU countries are at pretty high vaccination levels now. I'll be coming to the UK at some point as we haven't seen family in 2 years+.
Sadly it looks like it is just getting started in the UK...
Only hope is that we have vaccinated enough of those most at-risk that the actual deaths stay low, despite rapidly climbing infections.
For us we are just wanting to know when Jasmine's family can come and visit, but Australia have now put a total ban on flights out of the country for all but absolute emergencies... so not happening any time soon.
And today NL just added the UK to the high risk list nothing but emergency essential travel and compulsory isolation on return with threat of a fine for not following the rules.
Other news, the EU are having a big old 27 state Covid travel party this summer, they all agreed to allow eachothers citizens to have holidays.

It became a step closer for us foreigns yesterday when Matt Hardcock mentioned the UK will try to remove isolation for amber countries when the visitor is fully vaccinated.
