anybody going to be playing this game?
Aye mate I will be
I've a long list of stuff to work through but it's definitely on my list for next year, assuming the reviews are favourable.

It'll be harder to run than Doom! :D
I'll be playing it next week when I've some time off.

Never bought a game on Stadia before. I can handle 6 of them for $9.99 per month but the prices are pretty much premium at least at launch.

Ah, I see.
@Sneaky - helpful chart, ty!
I've pre-ordered (GoG) and will be playing it :)
Does it have dinosaurs?
Looks intriguing and I know I'm either going to love it or hate it. :blink:
I know little about it apart from what's been widely reported. Is there a multiplayer element in it (and not just the lapdancing?)
No multiplayer, but I think there is a roadmap somewhere
Multiplayer at some point probably 2022 according to an interview with the Devs

Seems a little Deux Ex: Mankind Divided. Checking the specs Sneaky posted, it'll be worth waiting a year or 2 so all the PC parts you have are capable of making it an enjoyable expereince. I still haven't played much of that Deux Ex game because my rig which is respectable doesn't run it well enough to really get the most out of the experience.
It's a shame that CD Projekt couldn't bite the bullet and release this when it was fit for purpose, but hey those Xmas dollars. I can't blame them really though. The hit to sales would be huge if they miss the Xmas rush.
But they still should have waited till it was done. Only when you're selling software does it seem OK to send out something you know isn't working. That it can be fixed down the line with a patch or two does seems a reasonable excuse really.
I'm only going to be introduced to Night City once, meet it's characters and experience it's stories for the first time once. I'd rather have a little patience and get the full bug free experience in a week or a month, rather than have it marred by game breaking bugs. So I've cancelled my pre order and will wait.

pre ordered on cdkeys.com 41.99
I'm happy enough to wait it out for a while, didn't play Witcher 3 until all the dlc & everything was out & I was glad I waited, also, I'm tight & it was a lot cheaper.
