honing stones and the correct coatings depending on which dungeon you are running

you run one honing stone which will work for any weapon you equip, but you have to coat each weapon so you use two coatings to one stone.
There are also T4 versions of the above which will be a little cheaper.
The food is up to you but you want to be hitting at least 300Str if you are running the DPS slot and are a Str melee and either 350str/50dex/100con or until your gear is up higher maybe 300+str / 150+con
Potions just bring your T5 heal pots and reg pots, t5 health food, and if the healer is going to be running a heal that needs more buffs on you then you also want to stack the mana reg food so you end up with 5 buffs.
