Hi All,

Can anyone please recommend a pc controller to play racing games with, ideally to be bought from Amazon (ideally after recommendations from those that have bought and used said recommended controller).

I have always used the xbox pads, and have no major complaints.

I tried a random pad - not great. I tried a ps3 pad - pita to configure. I tried the steam controller - weird, load of buttons, but a nightmare to configure. Finally gave in an got an xbox controller (official one one ) and it worked out the box in every game I wanted it for. YMMV :flirty:

The Steam Controller works great if you can get it configured properly, as Suicidal Monkey mentioned.

Yes.

I have used both the wired and wireless (bluetooth) ones, and would happily recommend either.

NB I have the wireless xbox controller, though I usually have it wired up via a long usb-c cable, ...not sure there was any price difference :)
