Well Ladies and Gents
I feel I have to remind you that Whamagedon is live in 4 Hours time!!!!
So start preparing, you still have time to get that bargain basement price on some Noise cancelling Can in Black Friday, de tune every radio in the house, remove it from the guilty pleasures' playlist and cancel you family membership to google music, Spotify, YouTube. Remove the aerial from the car and claim its not working due to a huge EMP strike from a giant solar flair from the sun has hit the planet and will only get worse as we reach the winter
equinox. Be prepared to host all video conferences so you have control of the mute others button.I tell you Ladies and Gents it may sound like this year will be easier due to the situation we are all in but let me warn you, Look in to to my eye and believe me this thing is unstoppable it can leak in from you neighbours too!!!!
Sign up below if you are going to play.

The Surviours
I'm in, for the few hours that I think I'll last.
Sir, yes sir!
im in, but as im home on the 22nd Dec i may not have as easy a run as last year
Can we choose another song this year, getting a bit sameish is it not? :narnar:
No becuase carol for the bellgedon doesnt work that well.
But just for you mate we can add more songs so you are out if you hear All I want for Christmas by Carry and Wham last Christmas. :P
I'm in but never last long :)
Yep I'm in :)
count me in good sir
Let's go! I spent so little time in shops these day I might actually make it far.
Last year I worked in a shop with the radio on, I probably failed in the early hours on the first:D
But of course! Let’s do this!
Count me in, I actually mentioned this yesterday while driving in the car with my wife and guess which song came on...
I think I have an unfair advantage as all radios are tuned to Planet Rock and I don't go shopping in venues that are likely to play this.
So count me in suckers!!! :D
I'm in, but as I read the post I heard the song in my head, not sure if
@jamoe Doesnt count mate
@Snooks my raidos are also tuned to Planet Rock :)
I'm in!
I avoid the radio like the plague so.. I like my odds.
Added good luck
IN is it to late to sign up??
Only if you have heard the song already?
Forgot to sign up but I am already down. Walked into work and it was on the radio. Will save a booth seat for y’all
Might as well sign up, I'm clean so far.
Time to switch the alarm from local radio. Actually, nah, I like the danger.
Heard it in Sainsbury's tonight. I would've been saved by listening to a podcast if it hadn't been for Uni coming shopping with me :'(
Oh god I just sat down to get my haircut and the radio is on.
Into the breach I go. Wish me luck.
haha I'm counting myself out as I'm at two Christmas parties next week. Between the hotel, the O2 and the restaurants it's a lost cause. That said, I'm organising Axe throwing so could possibly get brained before I'm Whamagedoned :-)
.
And there's me being all smug thinking I've got this in the bag when I suddenly get whammed at a Christmas jumping competition.

I was got with both barrels today at work, dj even had the cheek to mention Whamageddon after playing it the first time!
I was fixing a heat sensor area near the diligent Amazon packers today when a covertly placed radio sent me to the clearing at the end of the path.
I'm waiting for them to throw it on an advert during the world cup to wipe out the rest of us.
My daughter just sent me to Whamhalla, first song on her playlist... Last Christmas.
ah well, can't complain as she's making a curry for tea :)

Complain after the curry :D
was out with the gf for afternoon tea, GOT BOTH BARRELS.LOL
Took car for an MOT and service. Jumped in courtesy car. Started the engine ... BOOM! HEADSHOT!
:byebye:
Should'a got the bus.
another victim falls to the Wham.
Went out side for some more logs to put on our log burner and next door builders radio started blasting it out before I could get back indoors. Bad enough I have to put up with the noise of their extension being built let alone to be shot with bad xmas music in my own garden.
Oooh snipered. That's harsh.
I forgot to post but fell victim to wham pretty early doors, don't listen to heart radio if you can help it.:lmfao:
Thursday at the new job, started up the radio, somebody left it on a Christmasstation, I think it was a boobytrap. DuVeL out...
It was my work Xmas night out last night and I didn't expect to last the night but also didn't expect it to be playing in the first pub I went into, as soon as I got in the door! To really rub it in, they played it three times in the 90 minutes I was there.
Bloody local round-table were at Asda this afternoon- of course full blast playing THAT song…bloody charidee! I’m out, grr í ½í¸–
Make space at the table, Wham blasted through work's radio at 3am last night, bringing me to my knees in defeat. May the ale be cold and the reindeer salty!
:crying:

whoever plays it at 3am want's talking to:lmfao:
It is with a heavy heart I admit defeat.
My own stupidity got me as I absentmindedly opened my Facebook feed while waiting for a server reboot last night.
To those left behind; may the odds be in your favor these last few days!
So who's left in?
Sulky, Albert & Lib
stage 1 complete - Heathrow to kings cross to Lincoln, friends car with local radio playing to home - still in although i did have a cliff Richard and a slade attack
tomorrow all day xmas shopping and paddy and Jamm are with me so if i make it there will be dMw witnesses:narnar:
I'm avoiding Christmas really well. Bah Humbug.
Watching box sets from the summer and avoiding any live TV.
so update, went out shopping on the 23rd and was in the apple shop in Nottingham, a guy wonders in telling his wife he had just been whammed. apparently it was playing in the shopping centre, but the apple store had the weird apple music playing, whamageddon avoided....result!!!
rest of the day heard lots of xmas music, but none were the dreaded song.
Sulks safe,
Respect to the fallen
