Title: Windows XP network logging on

Hay all,

I have tryed logging on to a user acount on one pc on my network to another and it didnt work...  Is there a way to do this?

Could be a lot of things stopping you probably XP setup stuff and I'm not much use at that. Domains being different on each pc normally cause problems though.
I normally just create a share if I want to move files (or use ftp for big ones) but going to start-run then typing //10.0.0.253/share for the IP and name of the share. That way the username isn't needed if there is no restrictions on the share access.

If you do not have a domain then the user will have to be created on each XP computer (one computer will not know about the users created on another)
