Bit late in posting anything as my 'puter refused to go online after getting back and plugging it all back in. After much checking of connections and scratching one's frowning head , i finally discovered last night that it was down to a number 8 in the place of a number 2 in the IP addy. Doh! :oops:

Anyway, the whole thing was extremely good fun with a capital E and a G and an F. Great to finally meet y'all you fine bunch of people, and put faces to pseudonyms too. And i haven't enjoyed a chinese meal in such good company for a long time. The food was pretty good too, but let's not mention the beer, eh!

Well done and big big thanks to FB who managed to keep everything going and still stay thoroughly agreeable and very patient throughout :D and to everyone who helped me get set up and stay set upped.

Can't wait for the next one, but howsabout we make it a week next time...? 8O

i only just got my pc online again as well, but mine was due to BT so now im not with BT, im with firenet

oh, i wish! The hours i spend every morning trying to mimic that expression and comb my hair in the same way. i think plastic surgery is the only way to go though, to become that handsome and enigmatic.

Is firenet any good? i've got to start looking at Broadband for the home at some point. NTL is cheap but i've heard some right horror stories.

Strawberry Jam
Icecream - Vanilla kind
Peanut Butter
Chocolate spread
Arctic Roll
Fish 'n Chips

I think that just about covers all the different food types in the world :lol:
