As you can see, I've added an option for you to basically say 'maybe'.
I did the "not yet" vote purely because I don't recall him on the servers that much. Doesn't mean he hasn't been there of course ;-)
I don't know a great deal about him tbh so voted not yet.
I know he has lost the end of his finger but as for gameplay i just havn't noticed him.
I do know that he hasn't caused any issues on or off the server......but thats it.

i have spoke to him once on msn and he seems a nice bloke.
but need to see him on more and get to know him

Yes, I've seen him on quite a bit although it was a while ago. He reappeared just recently. Nice enough guy. Better than most, I say yes.

He always seems to be on the server when I'm there so I can say I've played with him many times. Maybe it's the Scottish thing.
He's a good player and plays for the team. Can't say more than that so I voted yes.
Not sure how well he'll play minus a fingertip but it's not about being the best. :)
I voted not yet as I seem to have few memories of him on the server. This may be harsh as I am probably suffering from an early form of bovine senile dementia. I have never had any problems with him on the server (at least as far as I can remember), but that doesn't make him a good Charlie. If I see him more then I would say yes, but I have to call what I see.......

I'll inform Whitey that he needs to be more active on the servers before we will commit to giving him Charlie status. Re-apply in four weeks.
Please continue to monitor him as I'm sure he'll reapply as soon as able.

We made the right decision and Whitey is grown up enough to realise it. I'm impressed by his reply - very adult so I look forward to him being on the server more and then succesfully reapplying assuming his time on the servers increases a bit :)
After playing WITH and against him i will vote yes on his next application.
Good player, Good mannered and works with the team.
Do we have to wait for him to re-apply or start this off again ourselves?

This is what i put last time and tbh it still stands, i dont really know whitey,
as i said before He seems like a nice bloke and the few times ive seen him on he's no trouble.

Mine was the other "no" as I didn't really understand the differemce between "no" and "not yet". If he gets a no he reapplies in 8 weeks. If he gets a "not yet" he reapplies in 8 weeks. Same result I figured.
Do what you like. I still feel that we should get the current charlie roster up to date and sorted before we do anything else.
lets just keep it simple, Whitey was adult about things and was happy to reapply in 4 weeks, lets leave it like that and let him re-apply at start of June. I'm sure he'll be voted in if he keeps going like he presently is :D

I would say that a 'no' vote would mean the candidate re-applying in 8 weeks whereas a 'not yet' would apply within a more flexible timescale. In Whitey's case I thought 4 weeks to be appropriate.
I'm with Sadako on this one. No and Not Yet mean the same thing, but they do give Oldie and me something to think about in the event of a close call. If everyone votes No then we are talking about a different player to the Not Yet category. We have a complex system already, let's keep it to the 8 weeks to KISS. As has been said, he has taken it well and I have to say I would change my Not Yet vote to a Yes if he continues to be on the server as he has done since my original post.

I still stand by my original vote, good player, good team player and communicates well. Seen him a lot on the servers. And that's me commenting on someone from the dark side of Scotland. :o

As im not around that much ....hows his coms ?
Comms are good IMHO, he makes calls when necessary and doesn't over chatter. Appears keen to get invovled in match play.
His comms are good. As soon as he re-applies I am sure he will get Charlie membership in double quick time, he's worthy of it now imo.

This thread has lost all sense of being understandable or controllable. Nobody knows how many votes for or against Whitey actually has or even if we still care :narnar:
Can we please have a new vote and someone give him a nudge to reapply so we can tell him he's in (or have I got it wrong?)
