Zok and Doorman need to work on their voicecomms. Zok almost never used them. If he is going to play matches he needs to start talking. I think we need to do the buyscript test as well.
Charlie:
The idea of working in pairs seemed to work reasonably well - particularly at B where I heard the pair decide which position to try at each round. It worked to an extent at A but they didn't discuss it very well and often forgot that the third person should cover the back of the pair and be the long range spotter (as evidenced by the round where the pair sat in the bomb site and aimned at short A, whilst the third also aimed at short A. Needless to say the lone shooter at long A came under a lot of fire, but the 4 Ts who crept up behind the CTs at the bomb site then massacred them. I recall GFKs comment after he died: "lol".
In general I think we ought to continue to work the new mantra of 'pairs and angles' as it did seem to add value.
Next praccie could be tonght possibly, or shall we defer it until Tuesday?
The buyscript test will be done shortly - for all the new Charlie members. And I agree about Zok - he also floats out of position regularly and gets caught in 'no man's land', I mentioned it to him last night on csay. However he is new and I reckon we need to cut him a little slack as he gets used to the more disciplined matchplay experience.

It doesn't matter. You pick a day. :)

Tuesday sounds good .....but i cant make it so have a good un
Btw having at least 1 admin in spec mode was great
To be able to hold the game and add constructive comments was spot on
...the only part that miffed me was people shooting and throwing stuff as sadako gave us a run through on tactics. It makes it difficult to hear his coms

That would be the dutchman ... he always does that.
Ideas for the training.
I agree with JAS that it good if we could have 2 admins monitoring (one per team). Also I think we should increase the startmoney to 5000 so that we don't start at 800 after a restart when we had a feedback session.
One idea could be to create live role play. What I mean by that is we place all charlies at one site. 2-3 admins then show how and where to go live as if they were coming from spawn. Taking the right positions, throwing nades etc. Then we don't have all running all over the place and everyone actually sees what is going on. What do you think?
I suggest that we hold the next training session on Sunday. By doing that we could round up as many charlie and bravo players possible. Also we could pick the team for the 12k match and let them have a go at the tactics.
Suggestion
SL meeting: 19.15
Training start: 19.30
Match start: 20.00
Map: de_train
If possible we could get 2 matches going. :)
What do you think?
Make it so - or I will anyway  I'll whack a post up.
Cheers.

I think we made a booboo ... the 12K match is the 23rd. The match we were supposed to play on the 16th was against R that left the league. So we got a default victory.
Anyways, it will be good to have a practice anyways.
I blame that chap who suggested the Sunday date
Oh well, maybe we post to push the timings back a wee bit to say 9pm?

Off with his head I say.
I will edit the topic and enter 21.00 instead for match start.
