OK we are going to run a brief praccie match at 8:30pm tonight on de_aztec.
Bravo members please join MeatHook by 8.15pm from which a team or teams will be selected and directed towards a match server to play Charlie Company teams. Please feel free to join earlier to develop your own tactics for the match.
Charlie members please join Baldric by 8.00pm to be ready for the match tactics walk through. Password will be as per MeatHook and Homer.
We will then check the numbers at 8.15pm and ask peeps to swap to the respective server and get matches underway on one or both servers dependent on numbers.
Squad Leaders only please try to get your self onto Baldric by 7.45pm to run through the scheme.
TL.
Bravo Comapny members please post here if you wish to be part of the match squad. Dependent upon numbers we will get 1 or 2 teams fielded against Charlie Company teams.

I can't make it (I know this is the Bravothread but couldn't find another thread).
I'll be there for the "duck" shoot ;)
I should be about this evening and up for a match before collapsing in a heap on my bed :taz:
Hoping to be around :)
I'm horseying about earlier but might be back in time
I wish to play TL :)
Well played all
I had my fun very good fun tonight.
I think for Charlie it was going very well for Bravo i think also but thnx guys ;)
And thnx GhostMjr for killing you many times :P
A big Charlie thank you to all the Bravos who turned out to what was a great fun match. Biggest tip for Bravos, get a buy script - it helps in normal TCS too you know :)
Likewise a big thanks to Charlie Company for turnign out for the de_aztec praccie. Well worth it and it highlighted a few things whihc we will post in the Charlie Company Secure Channel.
TL.
next tip... new CS installs dont necessarily mean your mic will work right...
hehe, I was almost warmed up by the 2nd half of that. good fun :flirty: thanks for the game
Really enjoyed tonight. Learnt a few new tricks.....
A few more of these practice matches and who knows, it won't be so easy for those Charlies
Aye, there'll be some more coming RealSoonNow. Watch this space.
TL.
Thanks to those guys who were on "My team". We played a blinder in the first half with everybody tight and lots of support. Ts pushed us hard second half but we held on. I think the big point is that at some point during a round we would all make a mistake so there was lots there for all of us to learn from.
many thanks peeps and thanks to TL/Sadako for organising things, 'twas appreciated. :D
Great fun :D
My buy scripts are fine for TCS but found lacking for match play....
Lesson learned
Roll on the next one......
Sorry I couldn't be there but my body has to stay in shape aswell from time to time. I allways like matches and trainings but this time I had a training of RL which I passed succesfully BTW. I tloook slike you guys had fun. Heopefully on till next time, Pete
Another thing I found useful were the occasional hint/tip coming from the spectators, it didn't alter the balance of the game but did give insights in how to improve.
I'm definitely looking forward to more of these practice matches :)
I reckon if the bravo team had had 30 min warming up on the map and deciding some tactics we'd have fared a little better on the CT side, that being where you need the most organised teamwork.

Naahh that is not the problem.
You have to know what to do and tha you are at your spot as quick as possible.
Like yesterday T's were almost at the bomb site and then the ct's came a bit late but a nice suprise ;) If you are at your spot on time then the T's had more trouble to get the bomb down.
And i think that Bravo has learned much from it and can see how it goes in Charlie ;)
