Anyone help with this....
Tried to connect to CZ Server tonite, got the following message:

Disconnected: Reason: "Bad file server is enforcing file consistency for
sprites/scope_arc_sw.tga"

Locate that file name delete it and your fine it will revery back to basic one. Its finding something wrong with your file so if you delete the file you will be ok.

Hi DA,

OK, cannot find file of that name. Closest filename is "scope_arc.tga"

Presumably, the server file is "scope_arc_sw.tga"??

I had this problem and ended up uninstalling cz and reinstalling it. It was in the end the easiest and quickest way to cure the problem.

Thanks for suggestion, really, but I would rather dig up me old cats and serve them up for dinner to Doorman than do that. :narnar:

I only have 128k connection, and could'nt face the download time from Steam again.

But, if all else fails, thats wot I'll have to do. What way you like your pussy cooked, Ron?

Can someone else with CZ check to see if they have the relevant file and email to Mr Browne?

My guess is that it will be part of the compressed game file but maybe you'll be lucky :)

Ive got the full install for steam but i dont know if that includes the cz one otherwise id send you a copy on disk

Well, re-installed CZ, everythings working fine.
