Typical load of Grisham nonsense but with Cussack, Hackman and Hoffman it wasn't too shabby.
Nice idea, bit daft but keeps you watching. 6/10

Such a shame. The book was fantastic, and the film company completely bottled out when they made it. Using weapons manufacturers instead of tabacco firms completely changes the whole outlook. (Oh if you want to quit smoking, this book helps ;)) But as tabacco firms both directly and indirectly, sponser a lot of hollywood, funnily enough that part was changed. I was thoroughly disapointed when I saw it.
Read the book, and realise how great the film could have been.
Saw that when it came out and i agree it wasn't very good! paycheck was better tho ;)
