Actually I have heard that the movie is made up. They destroyed a crappy computer and made a cool advertising video to attract geeks like us to a LAN. ;)

Now why doesn't that surprise me? I get suckered every time. Thinking on it, it did seem a bit extreme and the 'victim' didn't appear to be as scared as I would be in those circumstances. Also the pc seemed to break up fairly easily too. Yep, I think you're right Sadako.
