Used an AWP when score was 8-2 and he was on winning team. I have caught him doing this (AWP/Autosniper) before on more than one occation. Kicked him. No ban.

Maybe a gentle pointer towards the direction of the awp/autosniper rules is in order.

Well, I have done that before. He have been with us for a very long time and by now he should know the AWP rule. It was more than obvious that the Ts were kicking CTs ass when he bought that gun.
