If you are using HLSW I suggest that you start a second HLSW i.e. have 2 running. The second one got the refreshed player list of the CZ server and you just right click on the player and you got a world of choices ... kick, ban, kick+ban, kick+ban+write etc etc. Much quicker than the amx mod menu at times.
I use it and it works great.
Errr, not sure what you mean here
If you have HLSW running in the background with all of these options anyway, what's the point in running a second copy?

On my machine anyway: if you start a game from HLSW it will minimise and not refresh. So it will show only the players that were on when you joined from HLSW. If new players join they don't appear. Also you can't resfresh the enitire server list as it seem to be locked in the same way.
If you have a second copy running you can resfresh and update all you like.
I have never set up HLSW to start steam for me, so that's where we differ. I have it running in the background and it updates and refreshes anyway. Actually getting HLSW to to start steam and run CS and join a game is a major achievement in itself, perhaps you could post here how you did it?

If you have steam running i.e. it needs to be completely loaded HLSW will open CZ/CS/other game if you point it at the HL.exe in HLSW. It also enters rcon and pw as usual.
If you try and join a server with Steam not running it will not work.
:lmfao: Fabulous - I had it pointing at steam.exe :lmfao:
Cheers Sadako, I gave up on HLSW when steam came out and never bothered to go back and try to get it to work! Pointed it at HL.exe and it worked just fine and dandy. Cheers bud
Btw, 1.0.0.28 Beta is available for download in the HLSW Downloadsection - it has CZ support too.

:) Glad to be of service. Now try the dual HLSW thing. Works a treat. :)
You can tell HLSW not to minimise once the game starts and keep pinging and updating. So no need for 2 running.

Best way to keep HLSW up to date is to click on the "?" in the menu bar and select "HLSW Auto Updater..."
If you do you will have all your settings automagically kept plus a shiny new copy of 1.0.0.29 :D
The new Steam update seem to have changed something. I can't join a server through HLSW. Any problems for you guys?
http://www.hlsw.org/?language=English (http://www.hlsw.org/?language=English) <_< I have not changed it ill see if steam works it out for next update
