Ok for us bravo peeps can you explain what a squad leader does and what we do in the actual game! ie do they command or what not sure about this one i think mos charlies will know !

A sl runs the game.
What he says goes.
So if your sl says we go B then you will go B.
If he says you die then you die :devil: you get the point?

To expand.
Basically your squad leader is in charge of tactics for each round, what they say during a match goes. They are also responsible for appointing a 2ic so that if they die someone else takes over.
They are also responsible for making sure everyone turns up and if not arranging a substitute etc etc
I am pleased to report a lightning fast response from the four SLs and I now have their draft lists. The team picking order has been decided and the draft will be held and posted tonight.
