I guess this is why no-one can connect to the server. Shame, as the server was packed :(

What is the procedure for fixing this? Or is it only something that DogMeat can do?

It was defintely a VAC update as it said so on the kick script :(  And the server was defintely packed to the rafters :(

The MH Admin tool that Doggers gave you all has the ability to stop and then restart the server.

I did that as soon as I realised there was a VAC update problem.

I've never been able to get that damn thing working. Just get a tcp/ip comms failure

I've tried with my firewall enabled and without.

Why don't we have an admin training session round at Oldie's house?   8O Then we can pop off for a pint afterwards and then back to the B&B.

That would account for my apparent inability to reset or restart any server other than my own - phew - and I thought I was turning into a goat there for a while  :lol:

MH Rcon tool (http://oldbloke.deadmen.co.uk/MHRCON.zip).

This tool is similar to HLSW but it has the ability to stop/start the HL game engine.

Extract to anywhere on your HD and run from the exe.
