Post by: Grimnar on August 25, 2004, 08:34:22 PM
Well i got a new headset.

I need to change some things in windows and cs before i can use it correctly.
But for now it works and i can hear more sounds and faster then with my old one.

Well i got this one:

It's our most comfortable, most versatile, best-sounding PC headset... featuring everything you need to get more from your computer: plush ear pads, deluxe stereo sound, a noise-cancelling microphone and in-line volume/mute control. Just plug it in to the USB port - it's ready to work!

1. Inline volume and mute control with soft-touch surface for fingertip convenience
2. Dynamic stereo sound lets you immerse yourself in games and music
3. Premium adjustable headband is engineered for superior comfort with the flexibility of right or left microphone placement
4. Noise-cancelling microphone filters out unwanted background noise
5. Plush ear pads cushion your ears for hours of continuous enjoyment
6. Ideal for voice and video chat, music, gaming and speech recognition applications
7. Advanced digital audio provides superior clarity with the simplicity of a single USB plug-and-play connection (http://www.logitech.com/lang/images/0/1407.jpg)

I bought this headset a couple of months ago and am very happy with it.  I have it plugged into the USB port on my keyboard so I don't have to worry about cables wrapped round my legs when I stand up.  :D

I swear they make the cables do this on their own!! Ive lost a pair or two of headphones when as i got up the cable got ripped from its socket and sent me flying. Its normally worse when the phones rings and you have to be up in a flash !
