Ok a question guys ? I fully understand the concept of NAT - but I have a slight problem at the moment!
I was going to buy a WAP to connect a PC upstairs. However, someone in work was selling a wireless router cheap together with a wireless NIC, so I got it!
Everything works fine, the SAR 130 is connected to the Belkin router, and 2 PCs linking off the built in switch on the Belkin. The wireless PC upstairs works OK, However, I now have 2 networks (SAR on 192.168.7.x) and the belkin on (192.168.2.x). All PCs (wired and wireless) are on the 192.168.2.x network.
I do not want NAT on both routers, it seems stupid, ideally I want NAT operational on the SAR only, is there a way around this?
At the moment, everything works apart from I cannot no longer connect to my remote desktop [RDP] from the outside world using port redirection via NAT.
I have tried all the obvious things, and if I disable NAT on the Belkin router, I no longer have access to the Internet.
I hope I have made this clear :o
Mark.
