Draft wording to follow up any accusations or trouble.

QuoteI am co-Leader of the Dead Men Walking (http://www.deadmen.co.uk/) clan and received an email this morning from -=[dMw]=-MemberName (http://forum.deadmen.co.uk/index.php)? (one of dMw's Bravo Company members) via our own forums (http://forum.deadmen.co.uk/index.php?act=idx). He reported to me that whilst playing CS yesterday he was kicked from your server (server name: InsertServerName). The Admin who kicked MemberName alleged he was cheating.
dMw (http://www.deadmen.co.uk/) is a long-established and highly successful community of over 400 mature gamers who pride themselves in being totally 'cheat-free' and providing a home for those who want to play team and objective-based, tactical counter-strike. We have a first class competition reputation (http://www.enemydown.co.uk/clan.php?id=2) within the Enemy Down, UKCSL and the Clanbase leagues. Therefore any allegation made against one of our members is potentially highly damaging to our good name. This is why we ask all of our members to report to us if they are ever kicked from a server so that we can investigate fully the circumstances and evidence surrounding such an incident.
The accusation of cheating is the single most serious accusation that can be levelled at any player. dMw does not tolerate cheaters in any shape or form. I assume that your own Server Admins would not make such potentially damaging accusations without good reason and with this in mind I would be grateful if you could provide to me full details of the incident including the evidence your Server Admin used in order to reach the conclusion and make the accusation of cheating. Upon receipt of such evidence we will take appropriate action.
However, should you discover that one of your Server Admins made such a serious accusation and kicked a player without good reason or evidence then we would expect you to take appropriate action within your own community and as a matter of common courtesy issue an apology to our member whose gaming experience on your server was rather abruptly curtailed.
Should you not wish to reply in these forums then please contact me using the email address given on our website's Contacts (http://www.deadmen.co.uk/contacts.asp) page.
I look forward to hearing from you.
