I haven't found one (apart from windowsupdate) that it won't work with. It even works with my online banking service.

AFAIK Opera either has adverts on it or costs money to buy.

Sorry.

Go to the Java Homepage (http://www.java.com) and click "download" in the grey area at the top of the page. It will get you what you need to use Java with the browser you are using.

Make sure you are using FireFox when you browse to the link as it detects your browser and OS to give you what you need :)

HTH?

The green square area is the download for Java desktop. You need to use the  download link in the narrow grey area at the top.

Here is the link to the manual download page (as opposed to the automatic download)

-> Manually Download Java (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)
