My Ph.D. Thesis is all done. I sent it to the printshop not long ago.

I've had a read and as far as I can work it it basically says that the reason things float in air (ballooons, clouds, fog, birds, tiny spiders and little bits of fluff) is due to evil pixies who work for the Dark Lord Foulsbaine. They live in the clouds and make things go up by doing a magic dance while wearing evil pixie boots. The enchanted egg men fight the evil pixies and try to make the stuff come down again. When the eggmen fire their 'eyball flames of death' at the pixies, the pixies melt and this comes down as rain. Basically rain is evil pixie juice. Sadako is still working on what snow is and whether snow is linked to airplanes and the fact that peguins can't fly or do rubics cubes.

I have designed catalysts (a substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction, without being consumed in doing so) that are porous at nanometre level (10^-9 metres). I have studied these with electron microscopes to see if they were created correctly and studied their properties. My catalysts can be used in three way catalysts in cars for example for exhaust emission control.
Honestly I think you can read the introduction to the thesis and not get lost. :)
