Live for Speed is in the doldrums atm. I guess people are a little tired of waiting for S2. Flavour of the month Sim driving wise, is GTR (http://www.gtr-game.com/index.php?page=frontpage0) In fact LFS S2 had better be bloody good to lure people back. Unfortunately you can only get it from Germany until next year, but there are English upgrades available so you can't see the join.

I'm still getting used to driving in LFS with an actual wheel&pedals, gradually getting my times down...I find the hardest bit now is to keep the car in a straight line, but I think that merely requires some tweaking of the calibration on my part! The turbo car is really really hard to keep under control, keeps spinning off the road!
Once I'm happy driving in LFS demo, I'll consider buying a racing game 8)
