I have theJVC KD-G300 (http://www.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL027126&pathId=54) - that has MP3 and WMA support and havent had a single complaint yet,
The Sony CDX-R3300 (http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPC-Sony_Sony_CDX_R3300_CD_Receiver_All_CD_Receivers) is also good, and has more features, like alphabetical searching/scanning, but doesnt support WMA,  shop around online and you can get it for around £100

I have the Sony CDX-MP80 (http://www.hotkit.co.uk/index.cfm/page/moreinfo.cfm/Product_ID/2339) which is stunning but I think it might be out of the price range you have specified.

I've a Blaupunkt Los Angeles MP72, cost me £180 a while back and now superseded so may be cheaper.

MP3 is excellent and the MMC slot :narnar:  means I don't need CDs to play ma choons. Quality piece of kit all round.

I personally swear by Kenwood and JVC sony are good but over charge for their products, to be honest if you want a good deal go and check ebay out.

As many get ried of their ice in a mater of months like me  <_< ,

Ive just installed 2 12" 1000w Subs 2 8" 600W Subs and 4 6 by 9s as well as some new components in mates car the other week customly made it to fit  :D . He mostly got it all off ebay.

Scan.co.uk (http://www.scan.co.uk/todayonly/) regularly has a Blaupunkt system on offer (the Louisiana).  It's a head unit with 10 CD changer unit and is on sale here (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=117206).

Original thread with comments and offer prices is here (http://forum.deadmen.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=6243&st=0&p=73190&#entry73190).

No MP3, but it is still good kit.
