Any of you partake in the sport of kings?

Just intersted, I'm addicted to the galloping buggers, and wondered if anyone else was.

I try and pay attention to the form, for no other reason than my da and bro are into the horses and I like to have something to reply with when we go for a beer. I recently lost a fiver in Guildford on the 2.55 at Southwell.

Plenty of racecourses around our part of the world eh?

I think my total lack of interest in the nags is down to the fact that I never won a damn thing whenever I placed a bet.

Ironic that I now live near the horsey capital of the UK where the bloody things even have their own road-crossings.

newmarket is the only place in the uk that has special bylaws that protect the horses when there on the road. basically u can b arrested 4 scaring horses and even forced to buy the horse if the bloody think hurts itself by running into your car/property/person!

Ross Moff, piece o crap.

Do horses in the bookies - that sounds wrong.
Football coupon at the bookies,
the odds n' sods I do online at BlueSq. Although their fixed odds are sometimes ok, if I am at work.

The only nag that I ever bet on was called Roll a Joint (yes drunken novalty value there!) and the bloody thing fell and broke its neck!! So I never bothered again reckoning it was some sort of omen (well you do when your pissed don't you!)

I have won loads of money on the Gee Gees, not even knowing any form or trainers, I go off the riders and the odds. I only do placepots and have won almost a thousand pounds off them.(i have spent probably £200 on them tho, everything easy has its cost)

Todays lucky punt

Double
14.40 Lingfield - Linning Wine
15.05 Southwell - Polar Haze

Plus Bristol Rovers and Birmingham to both turn over their opponents in the FA...

I think I might have a problem..
