I think I can tell you that you can capture streams as long as you have the express permission of the people streaming the media in the first place, without repurcussion

i might as well just watch the streaming version tbh m8 :)
its just i'd prefer to download them as files as for some reason i'm having trouble with some of the streaming :)
Plenty of trailers here. (http://www.apple.com/trailers/) If you have quicktime pro you can capture them for later viewing.

Right click on the link to the appropriate film player ie quicktime and click save as....
