I was wondering what it was because it wanted to go through my firewall, here's what it is:

I justed wanted to share it because I seem to almost never use it but it is in my software list.
It's a program that comes with BF:Vietnam, it's just there to update the game when the lastest update comes out, but i prefere to download the updates manually. :)
