I'm presuming that you're talking about the goal not given. My question is: Why, given that a more 'establishment' game like crrikit (Geoffrey Boycott pronunciation) can embrace technology by way of third umpires AND show that it works marvelously, can't football do the same. A million niggles and reasons for dissent would be eliminated immediately. What's that? Cricket is a much slower paced game? Footballers have got all afternoon, what's the rush, they don't have to be at the nightclubs until late.
yea both teams suck!
Jamoe (Arsenal Fan :P)
Jamoe is an Arsenal fan !........you'll be trembling at the thought of "The Mighty Stoke City" taking you on this coming weekend in the FA cup.
If Stoke manage to score a goal ( and keep it to less than 10 let in ) i'll consider it a moral victory.
I have to say that is quite possibly the worst refereeing descion I have seen for a long time. I think spurs rightfully have a case for taking that up with the FA. Not that they'll do anything about it. And as for the gentlemanly conduct of Mr Carrol in admiting that yes it was actually a goal and he messed up good and proper where was that then.............. :(
un bleedin beliveable, properly mugged m8 gutted for ya benny.
im a scouser and im still fumin after the chelsea game and funny enough i have no newyear goodwill towards a certain mike riley.
/aim at fa:"time for action gentlemen please you are costing teams games " /fire!.
Fat"i nicked your stereo"Bob
Quite ironic that Fergie was on his soap box before the match demanding that camera replays should be introduced asap into the game
just another one for David Seamans next keeper bloomers video ......they all seem to be coming from Utd and Arsenal :eyebrow:
Spurs were robbed ..........quite pitiful how non of the officials seen it cross the line..but then again it was ONLY a yard over !!!!!!!!!!!!!
and I am a Utd fan ;)
im all for crappy ref decisions, after all it gives us something to whine about :dummy: , makes it more interesting, and enables england to win world cup. :D :D
Don't change a thing. No goal-line technology or video judges needed, thankyou.
Football is what it is. This amazing event is generating fantastic debates and arguments which would simply not happen if the goal had been awarded by some video judge or goal-line bleeper.
Keep football real.
Old 'Yiddo' Bloke
it lost it's appeal for me when they made the ball round :)
So bat for the spurscoach JOL de dutchman :eyebrow:
ferry good coach :D :D
