I hate playing against bots, it sucks. as soon as you go on the razor sever u get a load thrown at you. And its not even worth playing with them because theyre nothing like real people.
Me and Doris have resulted to setting up LANs so we can have a quiet 1on1, if razor had NO BOTS maybe we'd go on there for the brotherly slaughter but until the bots come off LANs are our first choice.

Sit and idle there. People join. You are in the minority because unlike most people there are two of you - you are a duality, not a singularity. When you fly solo you need some to kill, you don;t quite have that problem, hence the bots. The bots can be turned off real easy by an Admin, just ask. I am on MSN almost all day. Bots get a game going for the solo flyer and they then allow numbers to build to a decent level. 1v1 is for wrist development, not TCS.
Anyway, coming from one who appears ot have only just found the server for the first time your comments seem a wee bit rich.

Disagree,I love them,they are removed as soon as enough 'real players are on'.I have found they sharpen your reactions a bit,either that or you die early :D

Only razor is running bots ...the others are free you can jump on them
Im thinking the bots work well to get games going ....as the server fills we remove them :D
I hate bots to! But i dont have ony problem playing against(????) them! :)

I seriously have lost count the number of times people have smoked choke points on maps at their OWN side of the choke point. Placing a large amount of smoke at your own feet does nothing but block your own view, you gain absolutely no advantage of it.
Smoke needs to be thrown to stop them seeing, throw it towards them and they wont be able to see you and a great deal more or the area. Do you see a defending person throwing smoke as his own feet so you cant see him? NO !!
For example, one everyone will know is aztec, many people smoke their own end of the bridge, but for what reason? So they cant see you maybe, no, they can still see fine and will just change to having your name popup when youre in their crosshair. Throw the smoke at their end and keep them from seeing when your coming.

About the only time that its worthwhile throwing smoke at your own feet is against the BOTS. But you need a lage capacity gun to clear the danger area (I like the P90). Botties dont like smoke or flashes.
I like playing against the lads (bots), for practice and a laugh sometimes. Its a bit of a challenge and helps you to find "blind" spots.
BOTS 4 ever!!
Wot TL and JAS said. If you don't want the bots on Razer just MSN an admin. Both TL and me usually are online. Most of the time you will find Squ0nk, GFK, JAS and Smite on as well.
If you don't like the bots you have 3 other dMw servers with no bots ... just join one of them.
how many players to we need on the server before the bots are switched off?
I must admit i'm not a bot fan. but it beats 1v1 of even worse 1v0 :( but i think once there are 5 people on the server they should be turned off.
If I am playing and we can get at least 3 people on each side, I will then ask if people want them turned off. Usually the answer is yes and it also doesn't take long to get others on the server.
I actually like humans vs bots. With 8 people on the server it might be worth turning them off, but I don't really enjoy games with fewer than four per side.

Totally agree, playing 2v2 or 3v2 is a poor excuse for a game, kill 1 person and your almost certain to be able rush straight that way into an open bombsite.

I think the bots are a good idea!
I find humans v bots is fun for awhile but kinda gets boring.
Isnt there a plug in or somthing to kick bots once 10 players are reached?
Or somthing along those lines. Also am i right in thinking 1 bot is kicked once player limit reaches 16 ?
