is it possible too see if bt are working on the line or if its your line at fault or do we just ask the isp's?

now i usually get a ping of 25-30 but its been up at 180 ish any ideas? :(

i used that to find info out abuot my exchange, havent found anything else yet.

that can tell you if there are any problems at the exchange, or if there is any work being done. (that BT know about)
