is it possible too see if bt are working on the line or if its your line at fault or do we just ask the isp's?

now i usually get a ping of 25-30 but its been up at 180 ish any ideas? :(

i used that to find info out abuot my exchange, havent found anything else yet.

http://www.samknows.com/broadband/search.php (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/search.php) seafrch for your exchange, i inserted "coningsby" as that the name of my exchange.

tbh i dont think it helps :(

ahha, levi from hi-V forums found the link

http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ (http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/)

that can tell you if there are any problems at the exchange, or if there is any work being done. (that BT know about)
