Sequel to my absolute favourite squad-based shooter, and it's essentially just the same game with up-to-date graphics, though a little dumbed-down too (but really not too much, and there's still an awful lot to dig into if you like).
Basically, instead of being able to control each squad member individually like in Hidden & Dangerous, or each element like in Rainbow 6 games, you are in command of a five-man SWAT team, with it broken down into you and two two-man teams, to whom you can issue orders but not control. The aim isn't to just kill all the bad guys, as in SWAT 4 you're now punished for things like unauthorised use of deadly force (remember - you're a cop). Shout at them to drop their guns, attack them with nonlethal weapons (beanbag shells in a shottie, "stinger" grenades - grenades that fragment into rubber pellets), etc to make them surrender, then cuff them and haul them in.
I'm probably not doing a good job of selling the game, but trust me when I say it's utterly awesome.

Just for the record, the full game rocks too. Not as good as SWAT 3, but few things are.
Just for the record, if you post screenies PLEASE optimise them to a point where anyone can d/l in less than 20 minutes :D
