Ok, I'm stumped. What do you need to use a wand? I have a wand in an active slot, I have the wand in the shortcut toolbar but when i press it nothing happens. What am I missing - do I need some spells to go with the wand? If so where do I get them?

I think you need to be trained in their use, like an other weapon. Check your skills tab and see f you can use wands? I may be wrong though.

Thanx Squonk, I've done that bit already, but it just seemed a little too lame to be the 'real' wand attack :(
