ive just rented a server from jolt for the month - and when i was making changes to the server i came accross the motd! ive change the wording for it but dont know how to get a background picture to be displayed when u log on and see the motd screen - can any1 help me with this 1 please - thanks

edit motd.txt to something like this:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT=".3; URL=http://www.mywebserver.com/motd.html">
Put an actual webpage at http://www.mywebserver.com/motd.html (http://www.mywebserver.com/motd.html) with the MOTD info you want to display.
When people connect, it will force forward to your webpage and be displayed. You'll have to play around with the HTML to get something that fits comfortably in the MOTD window. Mine works, but I don't know the specific dimensions, only that I got it to work.
ex: http://www.foca-cs.com/motd.html (http://www.foca-cs.com/motd.html)
