Gents and others,
Could we make an attempt to improve our public face and up our rankings in google?
Maybe we should all start linking to here? Posting in groups etc...You know, adding more keywords so that peope can see we are about Professional or tactical counter strike and professional mature community members who wnat to play games in a mature and enjoyable manner.
Mature attitude gamers, almost tactical if you think about it, but in the gameplay sense of the word.
Yes I'm bored at work.
More, more I hear you cry. What about a weekly newsletter to subscribers who subscribe (;)) detailing match results, community developments, etc..... Maybe listing more links to other sites, tactical counterstrike or tactical counter strike links?
I never know whether to hyphenate.

http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tactical+...:en-US:official (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tactical+counter+strike&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official)
deadmen.co.uk are already top of google.com and .co.uk on a web search for "tactical counter strike" (No quotes). thats pretty good.
i have just notices that i cant get to google.com by typing in the link, it redirects me to .co.uk. I got there by using the link at the bottom of the site. wierd.

I was thinking more in terms of
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls....uk&btnG=Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-09%2CGGLD%3Aen&q=site%3Awww.deadmen.co.uk&btnG=Search)

the "site:" is used to make google only search within that site.
so "countery strike site:www.deadmen.co.uk" brings back a search on counter strike within the deadmen domain.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls....uk&btnG=Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-09%2CGGLD%3Aen&q=counter+strike+site%3Awww.deadmen.co.uk&btnG=Search)
or am i just missing the point?
do u mean "link:www.deadmen.co.uk?"
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls....uk&btnG=Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-09%2CGGLD%3Aen&q=link%3Awww.deadmen.co.uk&btnG=Search)
:)
EDIT: re-read initial post, i seemed to missed the point abit.
The links we post wont be weighted much unless the page content is related to search term being use in google. But yea ur right we should link to deadmen if we have our own sites. Ill add the link to mine today and make a blog containing the keywords such as TCS and mature gamers etc..
