Title: broadband usage caps
Post by: sheepy on April 01, 2005, 12:04:43 PM
now that broadband is a lot cheeper and firenet have decided to f00k me about AGAIN.

which deal is better, both the same price @ 15.99

1Mb broadband - 2GB monthly cap
512 Kbps broadband - 30GB monthly cap

i know that faster is better its just that would it be better for me to go for the higher cap limit, will i be likley to use more than 2gb?????

The cap is the most important, IMHO. You will always use more than you initially plan to.

Go for the 512 for now. Most BBers had that speed for months and were very happy with it.

I don't know how it is in the UK but here it depends also on which you have to buy with your new internetconnection, like modem and all. There's no difference in that aswell?

4 the rest, I'm playing on a 512 connection and it works great.
