Not wanting to arrive too early on friday, just intime for the bar to open I hope.
When do we get access to the room on friday? I was thinking to arrive between 3-4pm, too early? Late? Just right?

This post is neither humour nor whiney but seeking information.

I will be arriving at about 10.30am to check that the room is set up ok and that the internet connection is configured properly. BY the time I have done all that I reckon it will be 11.00am, which on my clock means that the bar will have opened. Perfec! :cheers:

People started arriving from 10.55am onwards last time. Access to the room will be from when I get there.

I'll be there fairly early I'd imagine, as I'll prolly be all excited & bouncing of the walls of my house by about 9 in the morning, & I think i'm looking at something like 1 1/2 hours to get there, so hopefully you might have someone to lend a hand TL.

I won't be turning up 'til early evening as "she who must be obeyed" has had her college day rearranged and won't be finishing until 4pm :(

Hopefully she'll be able to finish a bit earlier, so I can get a flier....

Ditto.. Takes me about 3.5-4hrs to get there. Should be setting off early however.
