Seeing some complaints of TW/TK on the public servers while admins aren't around might it be worth turning off friendly fire?
Maybe just have it off while there are no dMw people around to sort out any messes?
(edit: that last line has quite a "fnarr" value)
I've typed OldBloke & TeaLeaf a PM the other week. I've suggested more then 5 TK's is a kick atleast. Offcourse if you have a score of -5. TK's can happen by accident.
i think turning off friendly fire wont help that mutch...
you always have tw/tk....
ff on is good for peeps that wanna play proper..is my idea...
you gonna help..tw/tk if you take it off... :)

what about the mod-type-thing that gives you options when someone tk's you - usual optoins are to forgive, slap, slay and/or skip next round. That way those who get tk'd on purpose can exact revenge, or at least help their team by offing the annoying player?
it.s a idea m8. :)
i know when your on the 12K server and you kill someone..
you will not play the next round....
but sometimes it happend when a player gets a nade on his head,
by incident....and get killed...not on purpose..
then he can slay the tk...hmmm

and if they understand it was a mistake and aren't in a malicious mood they forgive (which also means your team is not hindered by being a player down on the next round) which is also kind of part of TCS?
true true m8
