What's the deal with so many times I'm told I haven't got the goddamn codec?!
I've got WMP 10 and all the updates god sends but I still have to go traipsing round the net in search of sodding codecs! dON'T TELL ME YOU ONLY HAVE TO LET WINDOWS LOOK FOR YOU ETC. ETC, iT'S STILL A PA(Now look, I've inadvertently hit CAPSLOCK and I'm not going to retype.)in in the butt!

I get that from some media if I try to play it from Firefox. It works if I play it in MSIE :(
I use the "open this link in IE" plugin for Firefox - its a free download - you can get it from the extensions dialog.
do you think THIS (https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=446&application=firefox) would be useful?

Here is a link to the ieview plugin for Firefox. It is very handy. You can use it to open current page or a link in a page in MSIE if you need to :D
